Of course you can. We offer thorough personnel training in the correct operation of your new industrial furnace before the first use in practice. On request, we will accompany the production process until your employees have mastered every step.

How do I maintain my industrial furnace from NTH Therm?
We would be pleased to arrange individual maintenance contracts with you (e.g. on an annual basis) to guarantee a trouble-free operation and the production safety of your plant. Burner maintenance, light grid checks or even the creation of recorder images to check the temperature uniformity are our additional services to keep a close eye on the functionality of your NTH furnace.

What happens if my furnace is defective?
With an industrial furnace from NTH Therm you acquire a durable and reliably working quality product. If you should need spare parts, you can obtain them from us at short notice and have them installed by our service team on request. Our service vehicles have everything on board that is necessary for a quick repair on site.

Who carries out the repair and maintenance work?
For all services related to your industrial furnace, you can trust our experienced and trained technicians one hundred percent. Since they also participate in the construction of the furnaces, they know our technology inside out down to the famous "last screw".
